We empower women through vocational skill training in hand embroidery, weaving, handicrafts and eco-painting, helping them build pathways towards independent livelihoods.

We also support marginalized children through education support, nutrition, hygiene awareness, computer skills and physical development programmes.
Sustainability
TVTS promotes sustainability by equipping women with skills that create long-term livelihood and income opportunities. Our focus is to build confidence, financial independence and self-reliance through handcrafted skill development and earning approach.

Recent Activities

St. Xaviers College (Autonomous) Kolkata
Witnessed "Ripples of Hope"- supported by St. Xavier's College Calcutta Alumni Association at our Hatgachia centre. Distribution of Sports kits, Educational kits, new clothes to 20 women and 100 children.

Training
Tanuz Vocational Training Society (TVTS) empowers underprivileged women through practical, skill-based vocational training programs including embroidery, tailoring, stitching and sustainable handmade product crafting. Designed to foster financial independence, the training guides local women's groups on starting home-based micro-businesses.

Voluntary Work
Through dedicated social engagement and volunteer teaching drives, students from La Martiniere for Boys & Girls, Modern High School, and J.D. Birla Institute actively support the TVTS Hatgachia center. By delivering impactful tutoring and mentorship to enrolled children, these student volunteers play a vital role in enriching the academic and personal growth of underprivileged youth within the community.
